This is my first serious attempt at creating hair for a CG Character. These are Blender's hair particles rendered with Cycles. I learned a lot during the process as I tested a lot of ways of creating the hair using different programs along the way.
Modeled with Maya and ZBrush. It has around 6k tris so its not very high poly. Textured using Substance Painter and the hair is inheriting that texture for its own colour. Comp and Postprocessing using Blender and Photoshop. Hope you like it!
